i picked up this electric fan but its too big for my radiator. it wont fit between the upper and lower hoses. im gonna go back to the junkyard and get a smaller one form a taurus. i spotted one hangin from the wiring harness out of the car but decided not to spend the 1 minute to cut it off and get it just incase this one didnt fit[:@]. i shoulda got it then. so im gonna have to go back when it stops raining and get it.

anyone want an electric fan? they can have it for $20 plus shipping. its 19" tall. 22" wide. and 5 1/2" deep. fyi, it wont fit on a stock size 3 row 289 radiator.

look for the 3.0l countour electric fan, it should cover the whole thing perfectly, it does on my 67 and it sucks 3-4k cfm.

you could trim that other one up and use it as a push through instead of a pull through.

oh cool. do you have pics? that would help A BUNCH. that way i know exactly what to look for and how to set it up. and do you have a fan controller? how did you set it up? as in how did you hook up the wires?

yeah man i might want it maybe. it should fit on my radiator. ive gota 351c so its pretty good size ill have to measure

this is why i got it. they put it on a 351c so it should work perfect for you. but i have a 302 so my radiator isnt as big. i dont know anything about over-the-net paying and stuff. like paypal or whatever. so pm me if you want it and we can figure it out.

sorry 1970coupe, but ive found a use for the fan. my dads gonna put it in his truck.

anyways, what else do i need to complete the project? i need some sort of fan controller or something?
