Default Questions concerning POR-15

I am about to start stripping the paint off of the inside floors and such and I was wondering what all I should buy? I have never used the stuff before but have researched how to use it, and have searched on here and found descriptions and pictures of it being used but never exactly how much or what kind of stuff. I want the black shiny finish and all, so what else should I buy besides this; http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/ite...sp?T1=POR12+01? Also, instead of buying a new steering wheel (on a '65) I saw this; http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/ite...sp?T1=POR26+01, do you think this would work for just filling in the cracks and such? I have never seen or heard of anyone using it, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just did my floors with POR15. Came out nice.

I used this:

on the areas of rust before painting with POR15.

At my shop we usually just use rustoleum and have never had a problem with it use rusty metal prime first on underside than coat with semigloss black
