Default SHOCKS

is it ok to paint the original metal shocks. Mine are really ugly looking. off white paint and some rust. I was thinkin about wire brushing them up since i just painted the rear end and painting them!

Why don't you just buy some new kick *** looking ones? The originals have got be ready to retire right?
