most likely it is just that...a k code door installed onto a t code at some point in its life.
Swapped in a 6 banger?

It would be interesting to see what suspension the car has. If it still has 5 lug wheels, Kelsy Hayes 4-piston disk brakes, the large front sway bar and stuff then maybe it really is a k code that some idiot ruined.

Also if the VIN numbers stamped into the left and right fender aprons match the door tag...
