Default 302 engine replacement

Found this on ebay. It's been a long time since I've bought "hot rod" parts but the price seems kinda high. Any comments or opinions?

compared to the other crates I have looked at, that actually seems like a good deal to me.

Seems like a decent value for a fully dressed stroker with name brand heads, intake, carb and ignition.
