Default clutch adjustment

I have a later model Borg and wagner 5 speed transmission in a 67 coupe, and was wondering if any one new how to adjust the later style clutch cable to fit to the retraction of the clutch pedal.

Default

pulll the clutch pedal up full height
screw the adjusting nut on the throw out arm till it engages, then pull on the arm as hard as you can and dial up the nut closer, then lock it down

T5 diaphram clutches require a preload.
