Default 69 spindles to 68 coupe

Hey guys,
I have a question regarding spindles. Will 69 spindles from a V8 car fit on my T code 68 coupe? I am going to pick up a 289 for it today so I need to swap out spindles and rear end anyway. I got the front end off a 69 sportsroof for free and thought I would see if it will work.

Yes they will.
I would upgrade all the suspension parts though.

yes they will fit. not only that they are exactly the same, minus the casting nos. I currently have 69 spindles on my 68 coup disc brakes. hope this confirms what MIL1ION said.

In 1968 the I6 spindles and the V8 spindles are the same. There is no need to change the spindles to upgrade to disc brakes. The spindles you have will work.
