I wish you mustang guys well

I have learned to stay out of OT,,, It is dominated by people who think that they are really sharp, but if they were a little sharper, they would have the sense to know better.
Besides, a locked post in OT is a badge of honor, it means you won...
Stick around... I enjoy your posts..

I ventured into off topic once. They wouldn't let me in because I didn't have enough posts and hadn't been on the forum long enough. I thought, "wow, what's so special that you need a certain number of posts and to have been a member for a while? I read through some of them and was amazed at the idiocy!" So, I can back when I had earned the right to post there. Never again! I scares me that the majority of fools that post there live in the same country and have the same right to vote that I do. Maybe I'm just getting old...

Maybe just taking a little "vacation" is all that's needed.
I also learned a long time (and several forums) ago to avoid places named "Off-Topic" or "Lounge" like the plague, as ultimately some unpleasantness or other seems to result.
Separate and compartmentalize your natural reaction to the location where it happened. Not to the whole MF site in general, and try not to hold a grudge against any individual(s). Take a break and come back to the tech side with a fresh outlook.
There's probably a life lesson in there somewhere.
Edit - I did find a "Rmodel1965" on another Mustang site that I have been a member of for many years, though it didn't seem to have been active recently. I imagine it's you.

"Rmodel65" you have many friends on here and you are a definite plus to this section. I never venture into the OT/lounge sections very often and lately have been only a looker and not a poster on the forums. I think Norm is right, don't walk thru a minefield when you can go around it.
