68' coupe value
Im looking at a 68' coupe, as titled with a 67' 302 fresh rebuild, new comp cam, edel carb 600 cfm, etc.
a rebuilt 9" with 4.10 or 4.11's and some type of posi, the guy beleives its an auborn, or eaton, but hes not positive,
it also has complete new interior headliner to carpet though not installed,
all new chrome front bumber to back bumper, not put on,
the only thing this car needs is a tranny and body work,
the under body is coated, and the floor pans have been replaced, and it looks like it was done correctly,
the car has about 3 rough spots, both rear wheel wells and the trunk seal where it meets the rear body panel,
what do you think its worth,
i think i can get it for about 2500 from him,
its a louisiana car if that makes a diff to yall

RE: 68' coupe value
First off, [sm=welcomesign.gif] to the forum. I also feel that $2k is a good zone to start from. Since there is a lot to do to it, you could make the case that it is a "basket case [sm=sick.gif]" so mabe a few $ less to start.
