I'm liking the torq thrust II's like many of you out there as they are both a modern and classic wheel. However, like others of you have pointed out many people keep telling me also that everyone has already got them and to do something different. A buddy of mine is trying to talk me into going with Billet Specialties "Street Lite" running 15 X4 on the front and 15 X 8 wheels on the back. I'm thinking with the skinnies on the front it will look to much like a drag car. What do you guys think of these wheels?? Anyone else running these??

I think I sure wouldn't want to drive a Mustang very far on the street with skinnies up front. I don't really like the look either unless it's a serious drag car.

Whats the downside of driving with skinnies up front? The drag look is nice, looks aggressive but you also have to back it up lol.

Its a little overdone, but im getting TT2s when time comes.

the ability to turn and stop. 15x3 on my 70 dart drag car. tried to drive it on the street like that and didn't work out. put a nice set of wheels for the street and have my draglites for the track.

I have the 2004 Mustang Limited Edition Silver Torque Thrusts. The back ones are the original 8", and I had the front ones narrowed to 7" so they would fit without a spacer.

I have 2005 V6 Mustang wheels on my 65. Looks similar to the vintage wheels on Eleanor.

As Jimmy said, the whole turning and stopping thing. It doesn't happen with skinnies.
