Default Thorley headers for a 289?

I'm considering these:

Anybody know of any fit problems with these on a 289 with PS? Performance? Thanks!

I don't have any experience with those, but with PS you'll need a drop bracket, or so I've heard.

If you do get them, post up a review after install. I'm probably at least 6 mos away from that point, but I'd be interested in what you thought.

Sorry I can't help more.

I've heard nothing but good things about Thorley headers. However, I can't comment on the fitment on a 1st gen- as I haven't used them yet.

Call Doug Thorley, they'll be able to answer any questions you have.

heres the real deal, Doug Thorley isn't affiliated with Doug Thorley headers, his wife got the company in divorce but these are real Doug Thorley headers but pertronix owns them now but he still is there, they are both great headers but I like the Dougs better.
