this has to be one of the most followed builds in internet history. don't know if its the excellent writing, the great photos, the fact that a pretty womans doing it, or the fact that a 67 mustang has to be the sexest car ever made

Thank you for the nice words! But really, it's JUST another Eleanor build I do agree with you that the 67-68 Mustang Fastback IS the hottest car ever made.

I can't believe your patience, It has been 1 year 9 months since you gave up your baby to paint! That had better be the best paint job on a car for it to take that long haha .

It takes time. If there is one thing this car has taught me, it's how to be patient. And I was NOT born with patience. And if you want the best paint job on earth, you'll wait for it. I will not compromise the finish of this car after all we've been through.

It has been 2 weeks...NoReigns you know many of us live vicariously through your project progress since mine (and most of our projects) don't move fast.

I know I'm sorry it is our fault things haven't progressed. Here are a few pictures I didn't post of the engine install. The last picture shows the Canton oil pan not allowing the rack to clear. We have a different oil pan we are sending him but we haven't done that yet.

They thought everything was going great until they found out the rack doesn't fit. It is a 9 qt Canton race pan for a fox body.

I'm glad your getting a different pan. Those welds looked horrible. You have to much detail to let that go. Glad to see more progress. It's nice to see "A woman's project: 68 Fastback"
