Yo, i posted a similar topic on some other forums, but no one could help me, but most of them didn't have my unique needs.
You see, i have a '65 289 coupe, and i want to modify it. my uncle and i are kind of in a competition to see who can come up with the best 'stang and so far he is in the lead. He has restored his '66 fastback to about 90%. It has a light brown paint job with a standard red interior. That's nice, right? Well i wanna do him one better.
I plan to paint my '65 all black except for one small part. Smack dab on the hood would be a purple Decepticon logo from the old Transformers series(my favotite show growing up). I need the purple interior to play of the logo. Can you imagine that? it would be simply beautiful.
So, that's all well and good, but i can't find the right color interior. I know i have to get it custom made because purple wasn't standard for my year. I just don't know where to look for that specialist. I know there's at least one out there because i've seen the purple interior in other classic 'stangs.
Please help me out!! give me a number or web site of a good interior customizer or something, i would be greatly appreciative and who knows, maybe i can help you with something in the future.
