Default happiness is a cowl that doesn't leak

Pulled up all the insolation and cleaned the interior pans, wired the rust, and scraped off most of the old sealant, had some surface rust in the rear pans that was easily addressed. Have a very small patch to address one pinhole, but other than that, I'm super happy. Then the cherry on the cake, dumped 1000+ gals of water down the cowl to see if it leaked....not a drop!

Quick question regarding re-sealing some of the joints. Seal then POR15 or visa versa?
