Single to Dual Exhaust

Single to Dual Exhaust
I went with a dual exhaust kit from CJ with flowmaster mufflers. It came with some swivel universal hanger which I dont understand how it would be used.

Has anyone used this before?
If not, what have others used to hang their exhaust? The mufflers dont have any nuts welded to the exterior to thread the original style hangers.

Those universal hangers require an attachment (short steel piece) to be welded to your mufflers for the hangers to, well, hang on.
I went with a Flowmaster American Thunder kit that had that attachment connected directly to one of the clamps. You might be able to make it them in this picture.
Perhaps Flowmaster sells these clamp/hangers serparately?
Good luck.

The universal hanger can mount with a U bolt. Im surprised they did not send you some u bolts with them.
