Question is do you have the painting equipment to pull this off? If not could be quite a challenge. I stripped mine a few years back and contracted a local body shop to paint my interior...Got it back and put it together. Looks great now...

I did mine it was a piece of cake. Just be careful getting the dash back in. Also, check all the bulbs and connection on the back of the dash when you have it out. I had to remove my steering wheel when I did mine.

Hmmmm. The dash on my 65 is welded in. When did Mustang start bolting them in?

You all are talking about the dash FRAME. Yes mine is welded. I pulled the pad and all of the interior components glove comparment, gage pod, steeering shroud. etc and cleaned and painted.
