hey its good to see a stock looking olde out there for once! all u see lately is these classics getting hacked up. dont worry about those mags, i have some on mine to!!!!!!

Thanks, I looked at a lot of different wheels but kept coming back to the Mag 500's.

Here is a pic of the engine compartment (not a very good one) after I took it out of storage last summer. A little dusty at the time, so I cleaned her all up and drove it all summer. That old 289 has 125,000 miles on it and has never been touched except for a new Motorcraft carb, and of course general maintenance. Oh, I lied. I put in the pertronix last summer, and added the 4 row rad with a 5 blade fan awhile back. I also added the recovery tank, and a shroud. So, no it is not concours correct, that's why I probably won't show it in any serious show.

Very nice machine. I have a 66 that has mag wheels on it. For some reason they look much better on yours than mine. Probably the color as mine is original dark green.
