Default Brake booster and master cylinder questions for my car.

I have a 68 mustang with a 351W, T-5z trans. with a JMC hydraulic clutch kit, and currently four wheel manual brakes. I am going to install front disc brakes, and some crown vic. rear discs on the rear of my car, replacing the drum brake setup all the way around. What I am wanting is a power brake booster and four wheel brake master cylinder that will work on my car. I have found one from Master Power Brakes and one from Trans Am Racing. I was wondering if anyone has used either onr of these mini boosters and if so, are they simple bolt on to existing manual brake pedal and fire wall without any modifications besides making some brake lines? And also, if someone has four wheel discs and a manual transmission, maybe tell me what booster and master they are using if not either one of the two I mentioned. Any help would greatly be appreciated, thanks.
