What steeing column pieces am i missing
Its been 7 years since i tore this thing apart and i cant remember what pieces go where. this is basically all i have, whatever im missing i will buy because i cant find anything.
i have a grant steering wheel and im sure im missing pieces from the install kit so ill get another one of those kits, but aside from that what oem parts do i need to get to finish installing my steering wheel? Maybe some pictures of a column in pieces would help ? Thanks

When they come loose (or off), the upper portion will rock and feel like it's really bad.
Make sure the hook is in place on the tube and then the nuts can be tightened, but tighten them evenly and snugly, don't crank on them.
If it's still loose after the nuts are tight, then the tube is torn and needs to be either flattened out or replaced (after a full dis-assembly)
This is the 3641 bolt Comes in 8M3641B
8M3641C
DOAZ3641B
Although these bolts were used throughout the 60's they are hard to find. Some places will tear down an old column for you but that means that column is now only good for parts.

Thanks for the info. I'm still having trouble picturing how those mount the pieces all together.
The t bolts don't look impossible to machine myself if I can't find my old ones. Or heck even welding 2 bolts to the tube. I still have no luck finding the cone shaped cylinder that slides over the tube.
