I have been working late so I have not had a chance to contact them. However, I ordered shocks from them early last week and my payment went through. I did receive order confirmation and a receipt. However I have had no shipping info from them.
Have any of you ordered from them and do any of you have shipping experience with them. I am not concerned about not getting them. I'm just wondering if they send out notice.

If I remember right, they don't start to build the shocks until the order comes in. I don't think they keep them on the shelf since they basically build custom, not assembly line. The place I get my racing shocks takes about 3-4 days to get the build done, then shipping from there. Longer if I don't like the dyno sheets and have them revalve the shocks. So I'd give them a few more days at least.

I got them on the phone today. I guess they had Web issues. They cleared it right away and the order is in its way. Very friendly guy.

i read the guy who does the suspension stuff left and started his own business?? so maybe that is why they are taking forever
