It's mostly a dressing, it doesn't offer much protection. I've tried it, and it does leave a nice shine, but I'd rather see it used over a coat of something more protective.

As said before, I use it for dressing for the exterior plastic trim & it works nicely. Works like crap for the paint..has no cleaners so the paint feels like sand paper after waxing.

The quick detailer works very well. My bottle is half empty because my dad started using it since he liked it so much.

If you want decent over the counter products, I would look at the Meguiar's line. Most of the products work great and they even have professional grade products. The prices are really good too.

I personally don't car for the ICE products. Just a whole lot of marketing hype in my opinion.

Like I said its lousey for the paint but what do you guys do with your black plastictrim if you have any? The stuff that I know of is a protectant & is oil base so every time it rains you have that crap running down the side of your car. With the Ice this won't happen but still gives you a bit of a shine...satin shine but I think thats enough.
