Default The new MUSTANG and TALL PEOPLE ....

I love the car , I would sell a kidney to buy it , but ...........

I'm 6'4" , or 194-195cm in metric measurements. How could I ever fit comfortably in the driver's seat of a brand new Ford Mustang coupe or convertible ?????? Do you have any idea - plz tell me

A real detailed review of the latest mustang said that the "human ban" was raised from previous mustangs' 5'6" limit to 5'10", and that is unfortunately nowhere near 6'4".

NO ! I don't want a damned SUV or a Honda, or an Accura, or any other such suggestions. I wanted to buy the BMW M5 500hp, 0-60mph in 4.6 seconds, 330km/h top speed luxury supersport sedan BUT I just love the Mustang. It's as simple as that. Yet the problem I really don't think I have a chance to drive comfortably in that car [:@]

Any really tall Mustang owner around here which could maybe give me my hope back ?!?!

My boyfriend is the same height as you and he has a 93 convertible. He loves his car. Just don't sit in the backseat...lol.

I'm 6'3". I fit comfortably in my 04. The tilt steering wheel helps alot. The 05's are supposed to have more room. Try one out.

Ditto...

I have driven an '05, and didn't think it was too bad... maybe even a little more roomy than my '04...

Just one more thing - does the convertible have more or less space ? Or is it just the same - I'd love a convertible but I dunno how great it is for winter temperatures and other such stuff.....

I'm not a really tall person like you, but I too was concerned with the head room in the 05s. I found that the coupes felt tight and like my head was real close to the roof, but then I test drove a convertible with the Premium Package and the head room seemed to much greater thanks to the top liner. Plus with the top down you can have all the head room you like. To also increase the head room, you can tilt the seat back a bit more than usual, that might help, plus you will just look that much cooler while driving.

That's my 2cents.
