Replace the air filter with a K&N unit

Stick an airdam on the front of the car

or buy a 4 banger mustang....maybe an SVO if you could find one....lol...they are just as fast as a 5.0...maybe a little slower because they don't have as much torque..

the K&N is a good idea. You will not notice any real increase in mileage.

A good tune will net you a few extra horsepower and make sure your car is running as efficiently as possible.

Increased horsepower and increased gas mileage just don't go together.

Increased mileage for city driving = 4.10 gears.

Start in 2nd, 4th then 5th. You can ride in 5th around 30mph without lugging the engine, you'll get great mileage.
