Does anyone know how I would go about doing that? Like buying mesh, and how to cut it exact or remove grille? any advice helps. Thanks

To me that looks like the Mach1 grill delete housing (The bottom part) with a custom mesh. I got some mesh a little while back at the craft store because one of my defroster vents on my old '03 broke off. I cut it to size with scissors and glued it in. I'd imagine that he just bought some similar mesh and cut it to fit the housing and attached it with some kind of hardware. Doesn't seem that difficult at all but you definitely need that housing or else it would look like crap. I love the look though...
