It would be Gran Turismo or Grand Touring. Basically they mean the same thing, except one is italian, and one is ours!! Depending on what kind of vehicle it is, depends on which is the correct name for it. And it wasnt Ferrari, It was Lancia.......the"Aurelia GT" was the first production car to bear the GT tag, but the term had been used in general terms before that, especially by coach-builders when describing their creations
