This image is after a failed attempt to jbweld it and after i got it off the car. As you can see junk pypes header. It is a bit more clear than the pics i sent them but it could still be seen clearly in the 4 i sent them

maybe i should have made the image smaller but you can see that this is a broken weld and they should have appologized and asked for my forgivness. Not tell me i had to pay more money for crap.

Jason, I am not trying to get into he said, she said, but the pictures you originally sent me looked 100% nothing like the picture you just posted. At that time, I then asked you for additional pictures but you refused. If the picture I received looked anything like the one above, I would have sent you out a replacement 100% Free of Charge at that time, but they didn't look like this at all.

Here are the pictures you first sent me. I guess I was wrong but IMO I didn't see a clear crack and it wasn't clear enough for me to just send you a part free of charge but I was willing to work with you.





Your part is still under warranty and I will still send you a replacement.

Again I sent you a total of 4 images 2 the first time and 4 the second time including the first 2. You replied:::

"Jason, you sent me the same pics you sent previously.

Here is what we can do. I will sell you the driver side header for $136. You install it and send back the defective part. At that time we will inspect it. If it is defective, we will credit you back $136. If it is not defective, then we will not credit you back."


You never looked at all 4. you opend one that i had previusly sent and saw the same thing and just assumed that i had not sent you any new ones....

You have all of my information, Send me the part... and i'll keep it as a spare

I uploaded the pics to Photobucket. I didn't intentionally undersize them if thats what you mean. Either way, big or small, the pics didn't clearly show me a crack.

You have all my information.
Once I recieve the replacement, I will gladdy post back here and elsewhere that you have decided to stand behind your warrantee, such as it is.

In the future i would suggest to you, that getting "burned" is better than getting "BURNED" and that you might want to reconsider your current company policy as no one should have to pay more than once for anything. As a matter of fact, with this type of product and the labor that is involved in repalcement, You should be happy that people don't send you a bill. Doing it the first time was a choice, doing it a second time is billable.

Jbane at this point you look like tool bashing openly in a thread in a forum that you aren't even truely a member of (13 posts with all of them being in this thread). Give it a rest and take it off line.

Not questioning anything about the validity or invalidity of what may or may not have happened. Just calling it how I percieve it - You basically became a member to throw a temper tantrum.

You're not entirly correct, but you're right i did just join this forum. I felt others should be aware.. thats all. I was going to make one simple post and it kinda snowballed from there. My appologies to those who have had to suffer the back and forth.
