Default please help me identify this part!!!

not sure exactly what this is. i 'think' i remember what it does. i think it is some type of adjustment tool that tells the fan when to turn on and off.
hoping somebody here has seen it before and knows exactly what it is.

its wiring runs under the passenger seat and from there i dont know where it goes.

i didnt think it mattered since it is clearly aftermarket, but just in case:

also, the black green and yellow jacks have never had anything plugged into them, so as far as i know theres no part missing. this is the way it was when it was installed, aside from the dial settings which have changed at some point.

where does the wiring go? What is the writting on the dials? What was done to the car previously(NO2, racing, ect)?

under the passenger seat, then under the carpet, then i dont know
the writing is numbers
