Default Weird noise after oil change!!!!! ?? VIDEO

Hey guys, im new to the forum. In fact, new to mustangs in general. Know a bit about cars but im no mechanic. So i just bought a 2002 mustang gt 4.6 premium convertible, manual tranny about a week ago. Ran pretty darn good, nice and smooth. Someone pointed out to me that when i first started it up when the oil pressure was down, it make a sort of rough sound, but as soon as oil pressure was built up it went away (5 to 10 seconds after cold start). So the first thing i did was changed the oil, its got 97000 miles on it, and the oil seemed a little dirty, not too bad. Was pretty thick though. I noticed that the oil cap said 5 20w oil, so i put some castrol 5 20 in it, and a quart of lucas oil additive (just to clean up the engine since i had just got it)........

Now i realize that its almost got 100k on it, and maybe the manufacturers suggested 5 20w wasnt the best idea now. So after the oil change nothing improved or got worse, but then i did a fuel filter change. (to do so, i had to start the car to get the gas out of the lines after the fuel switch was off and bled ect ect...) so after the filter change, i turn it over and i hear the sound in the video. sounds like its coming from the right side, if facting the engine, (left if sitting in the driver seat) PLEASE, any advice on what it could be is welcomed, i am freaking out and dont want to drive the car! The sound will go away usually after around 10 minutes. And it seems to like to stick around if i start the car, drive only a little, and shut off, start it again.....

Thanks for looking!!!!

The sound did not go away. The tick would just get faster as revs increased

I can't help you with your problem, but I suggest posting your question in the "4.6L (1996 - 2004 Modular) Mustang" technical section that is specifically for your model. Lot's of knowledge there.
Good luck.

Edit: I just saw that you tacked your question on to an old thread over there. Start a new thread and you'll get much better response.
