Default Power Door Lock Problem

Hi everyone, I would greatly appreciate all the help I can get on the problem I am having. About a month ago I smelled the aroma of burning electrical parts and saw smoke coming from my drivers side door. When inspecting what could have happened I saw two wires touching and when touched momentarily would cause the door locks to cycle. Since this occurrence I have lost all power door locks through the cars buttons and also the key fob. Another thing that has stumped me is that with the loss of the power door locks I lost the automatic roll down for the drivers side window yet I still can operate the power windows with the buttons. I also replaced the door actuators earlier today and that did not fix my problem either. Quick side note, I also have not had power to any of the speakers/subs in my mach 460 sound system since I've owned the car, although the tweeters do work. Thank you everyone for taking the time to help me and i look forward to finally find the fix to this. -Caleb

Make sure all of the fuses and relays both under the hood and under the dash are good. The wires rubbing may have blown a fuse or relay.
