Howdy everyone. Looking to upgrade my 2014 V6 3.7L Mustang. I am trying to get more horsepower. I know I can get a CAI and a tune for 30 or so more HP. But anything more I would need a turbo and/or supercharger, correct? This is my DD so I don't want to ruin the engine (need it to last) or my MPG (ok to lose a little). Any advice (besides buy a GT)?

I can't say much for a v6 but I would start with little bolt ons , underdrive pully prolly wouldn't hurt , I'm guessing the v6's have a lower gear ratio too so maybe bump your gears up to a 4:10? I have them in my GT and I only lost 1-2 mpg and can really tell the differance in performance ...... Hope that helps

The first mod I did was exhaust and CAI, next is a tune, but the exhaust really wakes up the sound, quite a few different set ups you can buy to your preference, I went with Magnaflo street series and like it alot

claiming 10 to 15 with CAI and tuner. Put some longtubes on it you might get another 10 to 15. It will be in the upper rpm range. IF you want some more torque off the line different gears.

The CAI won't do a thing for you - your car already has one. All the gains come from the tuner. Skip the CAI and just go with a tuner.

If you want significant power than you are best selling your car and getting a GT.

The tune by itself. Gears, and maybe exhaust to make it sound better. Mostly any other bolt ons you wont notice any notable difference.

If there is any place that makes a different intake manifold, it may be worth it as well. But idk as i have never searched parts for a v6
