Default Does a '98 have a power or regular antenna?

Among the things you notice later . . .

There is no antena in the antenna holder. Would a '98 have a regular or power antenna?

Can I just go to the picapart and take the first antenna I can reach from a mustang of similar vintage?

thanks

I still have a base plate/disk on the car. Can I simply screw another in, or do I need the whole assembly? (I'm dreading the disassembly at the parts lot for the power antenna for my eldorado, and it's many connections . . .)

thanks

Never seen a Mustang with power antenna from factory.

You should be able to just screw another antenna on to the bolt sticking up.

Someplaces will just sell you the antenna by itself.
