first 250+ mile road trip in the 'stang
~22 mpg; ~270 miles on a full tank of 92 oct. Ave. speed 68 mph dealing with moderate traffic for the 1st half of the drive; kept it between 85 and 95 whenever possible for the 2nd half and 100+ a few times when the road opened up. Seat is very comfortable. She handled nice in the mountains, accelerating up 6% grades with ease. Turned more than a few heads, was NEVER PASSED, and the radar detector saved me once.
I think I'll keep her

Ahh yes. I had just picked her up in Dallas (N Richland Hills) and drove her back to Houston. About 25 mpg on 87 oct. cruising about 75-80 the whole way. I had to resist opening her up at one point... I had 2-3 miles of straight highway with not a car in sight ahead or 1/2 mile behind. I just did not want to twist that motor with less than 150 mi on her. But I was very tempted!
