got rear ended..........UPDATE
well today, on the way home from school, i got in an accident. i was stopped in a left turn lane queue line, and the guy behind me (BMW 325i wagon) was stopped. all of the sudden i hear EHRHHCHHCHHCHHERHHCH SLAM! then i feel the car rocket forward with incredible force. it was like it happened so fast. i almost saw it coming. i reacted quite fast, slamming on my brakes to avoid slamming into the car in front of me. then it was over. i got out of the car, not quite so happy, and looked at the car behind me. totaled. nothing left. the back window was blown out; into the next lane a couple yards up; his side window as well. the front was gone. my tailpipe punched a hole clean through his front bumper; and a piece of his turn signal lamp cover is embedded in my license plate. cops came, fire department "came" (it was literally on fire station property). got it all sorted out; insurance FTW. i might, might just be able to pull a new exhaust sytem out of it; one of my tips is crushed and the hangar assembly is, well, gone, as well as the metal structure it was attached to. other muffler is fine. my bumper is kinda torn up; looks just scratched but its all cracked and stuff. my left rear quarter panel is crumpled a bit.
the first car in the train was a ford exploder; so you could say the beemer was a victim of a ford gangbang.

How long is it gunna be out for? Same thing happened to me dude...Not to that extreme, I buffed out my scratches and popped my exhaust back in its hangar....

homeboy in the bmer's mom was pissed as ****; she drove up in a merc e55 AMG. all the kids were cool as hell about it.

mand dude...I feel your pain.(same here not as bad as yours though) .. I am glad to hear you are ok and no one was hurt. check out that rear quarter crumple that looks scary bad. Change the rear fascia...... clevparts.com was who I went through....Kevin....good luck and hope all comes out ok...
