Default homemade CAI questions

Hi everyone - I currently have a K&N intake on my GT w/o a tune and I was thinking about making a larger CAI and getting a tune for the GT so I had a couple of questions:

Do you think its worth building a larger CAI and getting a tune, or just tune the K&N (I realize anything larger than the K&N requires a tune)?
Does anyone have any pics of their homemade CAI's they'd like to share?
I heard you can use the stock MAF with the larger intakes....is this true?

Let me know what you think.
Cheers

no way. It gets to a point where the cai can't be much better. If you're that concerned, just take the heads off so they breathe very well!!!!

Basically acquiring some tubing, couplers, and a larger filter. I'd probably use the existing K&N heat shield that's on there already.

so far it doesn't sound so good to build one LOL....it was great that the car came with the K&N CAI, but I was just wondering what would be a logical upgrade. Maybe I'll just tune for that intake instead of shelling out a bunch of cash for another intake if its just a few more HP.
