Default Tight Turning Noise

I am hearing a whining sound when I do very tight turns or tight circles.
Can't tell if it is the brakes or the drive train. It 's a high-mid to high range sound whining as the wheels turn.
Has anyone heard anything like this? Is it anything to worry about?
No mods yet, 06 GT Stock.

The noise is coming from the far side wheel of which I'm tunning into.
For example when turning tight to the left the right rear wheel area is making the noise but it is deceiving, not sure if it is not coming from rear end drive shaft area.

If its in the rear, I'd be guessing something to do with the clutch packs in your limited slip diff.

BTW, when turning, its not good to hold the wheel against the stop....hard on the power steering pump.

it doesn't have to be a tight turn,
to hear the differential moan

i'm hearing the same thing with mine. after about half a wheel turn i hear the moaning but only at lower speeds (could be at higher speeds too but i wouldn't be able to hear it over my exhaust). i thought it was coming from the front wheels but my buddy was tellin me he thought it was coming from the rear. i'm takin my car into the dealership to get it checked out. i'll let you know what they say

Yup, let us know what they say it is..... Same noise here. I am convinced it is from the diff. myself.
