I was only able to go 13.4 on the stock 18"s and rubber, CAI/Tune, and 4.10s. Had to baby it off the line or the rears would just kick loose. Severely traction limited (as you will be).
12's possible? Probably not on the stock shoes.

Suspension work, a good set of DR's and a tourque converter with a decent stall will put you in the mid-12's for sure.
I'm curious to see what you run because our mods are pretty similar except for the drive shaft you have.
