Default Check Engine Light

LOL its just NOT my week is it

This morning i was racing a Vauxhall VX220 (i won) and then i noticed the little check engine light. Car feels the same.

The only thing i can think of is that the computers finally learning that i'm putting 95 octane fuel in her (the standard here in england).

I'm just about to order the predator but it'll take a few weeks to get here.

Any other thoughts.. It was just a normall drive into work.

Will pulling the battery reset the error code?

thanks,

TG

Are you running with or without "cats"? I know that they had to program mine again because of that, and it sent the computer into a loop.

Depending on when yours was built you may need to have the latest Ford tune for your computer. They have a lot of problems with the coil packs pulling codes on the old tunes.

Hey NICE red

I reset the battery and its gone so far. I've done 250 miles and some high speed driving (did you know the needle actually goes of the clock)

IN GERMANY OF COURSE

Maybe my new prediator will fix this problem if i can tune the engine to 95 octane.

thanks,

TG
