After looking at your list, I would get good tires and then cams. I don't think you have enough for both. Tires are the best mod for the track. Don't underestimate the gain you will get.

i vote for Gears (4.10's) and drag radials. the gears should run you about $500 installed (parts and labor) and as for tires, brenspeed sells a mickey thompson e/t street wheels/tires package for $600 i think. then take the left over $ and go to lmperformance.com and get the j&m lca's and relo brackets and adjustable uca.

those mods will drastically reduce your e/t's at the track. the tires are the most important out of all of them in my opinion.

While an aluminum driveshaft is another idea its about $700 bucks but install is cheap. It would be nice because it will benefit you stoplight to stoplight, whereas wheels/tires will only be used at the strip. Savings will range from 1-2/10ths. I don't know what the gain from 3.55's to 4.10's is in the 1/4, but be mindful of the hwy mileage drop with that mod, which would only really be relevant if this car is your DD or you do a lot of driving.

Gears are a must (be a man and get 4.10's)

Spray is probably the most obvious answer in your case. At least get the gears, as it's a performance mod that you can use on the street or the strip to have fun.

If fuel mileage isn't a problem for you then gears and a set or drag radials will get you deep in the 12's.
