Ok just my 2 cents but what would the tune have to do with the heater circuit continuity on H2S1

Custom tune as in dyno tune or an email tune from someone? Either could work, but it would take a datalog being sent to them for them to know what to fi x. The issue your having is probably with your short term fuel trims. These are the parameters that keep your engine happy at low throttle and idle.

See my post above.

It's not always the case and sometimes it is a bad O2 sensor, but usually it has something to do with the tuning.

If the O2 sensor goes bad it's usually from a specific event causng the O2 sensor to be damaged. If it is the O2 sensor, switching the sensor from one side or the other should throw a code indicating the other side having a fault.

Make sure your front sensor wires are not damaged and the front sensor is connected. It may have been damaged.
Worse-case, DO AS SUGGESTED: swap the 2 front O2 sensors and see if the code changes to the other side. That'll definitely tell you if you have a sensor issue.

Otherwise I'd agree you need a proper tune to properly turn off the rear sensors.
