Keep saving your pennies for the supercharger - it has transformed my 5.0 into a monster!

Not sure if there is a major long-term effect, but under hard acceleration it will want to pull/slide to the side that's sticking out. So from a dig or hard 1st to 2nd shift it will slide out a little from under you to that side. I have one on mine and it helps control under hard accelerations. I didn't see what all you installed, but you'll want to have an upper control arm to adjust the rearend/pinion angle as well. LCA's will help with the keeping the wheels (wheel hop issue) on the ground and better weight transfer for better traction.

UPDATE:
Just ordered the Roush 650R SC kit from Brenspeed. Ships tomorrow and should arrive next week. I'll keep you posted on the install.
