I did it guys! picked up an 05 with 31k miles for 14k!! Gonna pick her up saturday! Signed a bill of sale, mailed in a copy of the title to my bank, got insurance on her etc. Just gotta wait because of the holiday to pay for it, then drive 3 hours to pick it up!! Here's a pick, she's mineral gray, with american racing wheels, and nitto's already on her. K&N CAI and shaker 1000, black leather, and absolutely spotless!

Thanks man! me too I watched him drop the price from $16k over the last 6 weeks, and at $14k I couldn't hold out any longer! I still haven't sold my Jeep so all my money is tied up in that until I sell it, but then it's modding time... gonna keep it mild and just do axlebacks and a tuner for now though, maybe offroad x pipe. cai, wheels and tires are already taken care of that saves me a hefty chunk of cash. I wanna do gears but I might hold off til after winter. How good is the shaker 1000? I didn't test it out really

You did very well for the price you paid! Having tires already on the car saved u some bucks$$. Nt555 is a great tire. I read threw this posting and couldnt agree more with what everyone said on here. (I have an 06 gt auto)
With your low miles, I would recommend changing the spark plugs soon or every 30-40k miles to avoid them being stuck, or tough to get out in the head. I got lucky with mine at 80k miles and they were covered with rust on the bottom.
Be aware of the engine code p0340. ( i believe its that one) It will say camshaft position sensor malfunction but its actually the alternator, as the guys were saying before. A common problem on the 05-06s.
If you already have the intake installed, Id recommend a tune next and you should be on your way to alota fun. At that amount of miles, you have alota life in that car and fun ahead of you! Good luck!
