Default Pulled the Trigger on a TVS 2300

Well I am looking forward to getting this system delivered and installed.

Ordered the package from Brenspeed a couple of hours ago.

I think I'm getting into trouble with this car . . . I've only 480 miles on it and have already spent a small fortune.

Oh well - she'll be fast.

Can I ask what made you pick that one over others? I am looking to get one spring next year and tossing up between Roush, KB, Whipple and Magnuson....

Well - I am sure any response I can give can be subject for debate.

However, I did decide based on recommendations from others and Brenspeed.

I like the kit that Brenspped offers and the Roush system is most closely designed for the mustang . . . . an opinion only.

Also - this is a weekend/show car that is not intended for race . . . . Just a quick example of a modern Mustang.

And the whine of the TVS is awesome . . . I cant wait to set this up.

I am, thus far, keeping my car subtle - a sleeper for sure.

Did I mention Brenspeed as this kit dyno'd at 710hp?

With TVS, intake, exhaust and tune?

Awesome

What was Brenspeed's opinion on upgrading the internals. With that much power I'm sure it has crossed your mind.

Yup - I did talk at length with a tech that has suggested how their test cars have handled these set-ups without failure. Also, has offered other accounts of customer cars that had not had issues with the kits.

I am aware that they are a business looking to market a product that generates revenue and may be biased. However, I have not encountered much information regarding kit related problems.

I do realize that this kind of power may cause some problems and I am anticipating dealing with them as they occur.

I will more than likely start a build thread and follow-up with analysis of system performance and reliability.

I have used brenspeed on all my major upgrades (torque convertor, supercharger, cams, among a few other things and I feel like they do a good job. I had a slight surge in my car after the supercharger was installed bc of the cams. They took care of it right away. Their tuning has been good
