Default Can't find/fix a strange noise ...

I have a fairly loud clicking noise somewhere behind me. Sounds like it's in the seat. Seats are leather. I've been all over and under trying to find it. Problem is, it won't duplicate easily. Seems to happen randomly. It will happen whether or not the car is running. I can move around in the seat, and once in a while it will happen. I found a few instances of this on the web, but no answers were given. Any help would be appreciated!

If something similar ever happens to someone else - I found the noise. It was the plastic trim which covers the driver's seat left-side rear seat mount. It had become loose and slightly crooked cousing the noise (sometimes) when there was movement in the seat.

I've got an annoying noise, I'll check that when the rain stops. Thanks for sharing

I had strange noises in other cars coming from the front passenger seat. After my divorce, they all stopped.

Ya these cars make some strange noises sometimes, doesn't hurt to get it checked out though for peace of mind.
