so all I need to do is pour it in the gas tank or should I also buy somethign to pour in the engine oil?

Im going to start using 89 octane fuel, its better than 87 and just a bit more money which I'm hoping I'll get back in fuel mileage and keeping my engine and fuel system clean.

as for tranny flush's (those with auto), should I do every 30k miles or is it okay to do every 100k miles or maybe 50k miles? (according to guide I'm due for a tranny flush, cabin filter and air filter and fuel filter....i plan to do cabin and air when they seem dirty, probably will do tranny flush and fuel filter around 50k miles)
Why is 89 better then 87??? only diff. is Octane rating. IT aint gonna help fuel economy, and unless its advertised as have a higher detergent % why pay more ???
Fuel filter changes. well i do mine every 30k. there are only 3 way to get contamnates into an engine, thru the air filter, thru the fuel filter, or thru adding engine oil. Use New clean engine oil and do reg changes, use a good air filter again change regularly or clean depending on filter type, and fuel filters. IF you ever go to a gas station that you use alot and all of a sudden it seems like there pump rate is slow. probably caused by the Pumps filter plugging up. Gas station tanks have all sorts of contaminates. And some times they can get carried over into your tank.
Trans flushs 50k is about right, only thing i also recommend dropping the pan also and changing the filter. Flushes change the fluid. They wont remove all the material left in the pan.
