Default SLP PowerFlo muffs

anyone heard em on a mach? Have LM1s, coming back from NHRA Richmond meet was loud as a pro mod...my planned rear seat delete ain't gonna help. Seems noone uses these muffs. I think they'd be ideal with my o/r h, deeper tone while still using the no chamber design, I'd atleast like to hear em first somehow. thanks!

My little cousin has them on his 96 Cobra, pretty similair to the way our 4Vs sound. I'm not too crazy about them. They are loud which is cool, but they have more of an untuned sound to me, kinda like that Chevy truck with a loud exhaust sound. IMO, it takes to much away from the traditional mustang sound. He loves them though, so everyone's opinion varies.

Thanks for the input. Your "chevy truck with a loud exhaust" analogy really put the sound in my head, it does sound untuned. Guess I'll go w/ LM2s or settle for 2-3 less hp with a good ole' set of flows...if they'll slip into my SLP 3 piece. Thanks again.

The sound of flows is sex, I was just trying to squeeze another 2-3 hp with the SLPs. Prolly will get some Super 44 flows and hope they slip right in.
