Going to have my buddy's step dad do it for me. He is a ford senior master and he is no stranger to heavily modified street beasts lol. His lightning will and has destroyed my mustang along with a bunch of other people's out there lol.

Plus the labor is cheaper than every other shop I checked.

Found a better deal on the install, my buddy knows a bunch of guys at a shop in Revere, they are gonna do the gears for me for $200 so $245 for gears + bearings + oil + friction modifier, and $200 for labor is not bad, $445 installed.

$200? Sign me up!

$245 for gears though? I mean the gears would be $140, and the install kit would be $75, and then $15 for oil

aw crap, does add up...

well i got royal purple oil, that stuff is expensive lol. But I just bought the entire kit they had at latemodelrestoration.com the stuff they sent with the kit was 75W90 but from what I saw 75W140 was reccomended for the 05+ cars so a quick trip to my local auto parts store and 1 swap later I had the right stuff for no extra charge lol

You mentioned friction modifier as a separate item above. Just a note, the RP gear oil already contains friction modifier: http://royalpurple.com/gear-oil.html
