Nah the faceplate on my 3200dvd/cd isnt removable and as far as the sound quality there is a harness that you can buy to hook up the factory amps to your aftermarket unit. I ditched my factory amps and that whole factory box in my trunk and took the speakers from the box and remounted them to my rear tray and I have the mids hardwired with the wires for the hi's. So th majority of my sound as far as the lows come by way of the aftermarket amp and the sub in my trunk. Ive always heard that some ppl have issues trying to get the sound they want bc the factory speakers are at 6ohms not 4 or 8 like alot of aftermarket speakers. So with my system as a whole the sound is alot better than the factory sound imo but im running an aftermarket amp and sub. But there is an extra harness you will need to hook the ffactory amps to your unit. And if you are comfortable with wiring and pulling those few peices from the center dash area of your car to get to the radio its like a 15-30min job. But if you are not comfortable with it then take it to a shop for sure.

Hey I saw your one of your post for the after market head unit and I was wondering about the sound quality and compatibility with the stock mach sound system for my 03 v6? Also is there anything I need for it when I get it installed at a local shop and if the face plate for the pioneer avh3200 is removable? thanks

I'm pretty sure you can use your bosh bypass valve and just vent it to the atmosphere. I have no idea what company makes the BOV that is in that kit. The kit that I purchased did not include a BOV. I can tell you this much though, don't get the U pipes and get a straight pipe instead.
