Hey, i was creepin on your convo with Jaybestangs, and it said you had flowmasters on your v6. I have headers, an x pipe, and stock gt exhaust on my v6, and was curious on how the flowmasters would sound? i don't want a ricey sound though. my car looks pretty similar to yours!

So I just got the chin spoiler, it's textured the black same as the rockers so I'm all set! I'm gonna wait until my car goes and comes outa the shop before I install it, as some asshole went into the side of my car on tuesday I posted a thread on it if you want to check it out. It doesn't look too bad, but still. Its my baby. You'd understand.
I've been looking at some 5.0's and they are so nice, my dad's probably gonna get one by the end of the year (i hope)
I'll probably be modding this mustang until the day I get rid of it haha.

And about the cs rear bumper; I'm planning on getting stripes on my car and figured I'd be best to wait for the bumper. I simply won't have the money to spend on a rear bumper in the meantime though. Still got a long wait till my baby's finally finished!

Okay, so if i got the pipes you'd recomend me to take it to the shop to have it done or would i still be fine doing it myself? I have heard some on youtube that sound crappy but others that have sounded great.

Yeah I'm a host moving up to TO GO at a restaurant, running off that budget haha. All i wanna do is put money into my car but its tricky with my passion for guitars as well. My brother did the same thing, where he put all his money into his mustang.

And I was hoping the chin spoiler would come in the textured black to match my rockers. If thats not the case then oh well. On the previous cdc thread i posted, one guy said that his second purchase of the chin spoiler was textured black, so we'll see. Eventually I plan to get the gt500 rear bumper so all the 'skirts' match. thats when i was thinking of the dual exhaust.

Thanks for the help! Probably not planning on getting the headers, probably just true dual conversion. Someone told me it was a bad idea cause it'd be letting the car breathe "too much". Also another guy said it'd sound "ricey". I've thought about it and these opinions plus the money factor is what's holding me back. Also that I'd have to get a new rear bumper. I'm sure it'd be some time in the future though.

And Thanks, my choice was between the blue like yours and torch red. Gotta love the pony package, but I think your v6 is one of the best looking out there without too many adjustments to the body.

Hey I was wondering what your thoughts were on converting to dual exhaust. What are the goods and bads (if any)? I'm thinking about it and am at the 50-50 thought at the moment.
