John, I wouldn't be too quick to start watching them. Ford Sr. and most of the players need to go as well.

Jack, I am totally with you on Sr. and they need new D and O lines.

But getting rid of Millen is a good start.

Well the one thing I think you can blame Millen for is the draft picks, they were terrible. Three wide receivers in the first round three consecutive years straight. Come on! Never been done before in the NFL and probably never will again. Although I have to say Calvin Johnson looks like he is going to be a stud.
