Hi guys well it's been a while and believe it or not the snow has just gone...had a crap load 3ft two weeks ago [>:]. Warming up now 15'C.
So this weekend out to the garage and start stripping and cleaning yeeeeeh at last. Will take pics of the strip down and engine removal as I go in case anyone interested. Got the hood off !!!! after marking the hing position.

Started engine removal and breakdown. (Pics to follow)
Hood - removed and marked for easy reinstalling.
Carb - Aready removed and rebuilt (winter project)
Radiator + Hoses - drained and removed, coolant ok.
Aternator - removed, follwing removal of belts. has corroded electrical conectors. ?replace
Power Steering pump - drained and removed, Burst one boltjust snapped aaaaagh! no big deal eh![sm=oopssign.gif]
Removed remaining heater to block hoses and electrical conectors marking them for ease of rebuild or took pics.
Removed fuel intake line from fuel pump.
Removed kickdown lever.
Currently attempting to remove exhaust bolts from headers - pain in the butt, not easy to access and rusted badly, may try to get at them when car on stands.
Oil drained - PROB Gas in oil++ ? Diaphragm in fuel pump, ?flooding from prevous owner trying to start. ? syphoning from sitting so long is various extreme temps. ? rings?bypass Ideas anyone????[sm=smiley24.gif]
